A quick buyer overview for our Huddle events

What is Huddles?

New to 2022, our In Person Huddle is a boutique exhibition where you can see up to 30 brands live in person in a speed dating style each with their own stand to showcase their products. You will be able to speak directly to brands, and ask any questions you may have face to face.

With our 4D Video experience, this gives brands the opportunity to participate in the event remotely. You can immerse in an innovative experience where they get to watch brand video-pitches, while being able to see, touch, feel & taste the products (depending on the kind of product) to get a full experience of each brand.

Each buyer will receive an 'In The Room Sampling' bag, with a number of samples provided from retailers. Again, you are able to see, touch, feel & taste products to get the full experience. 

How do I book on?

Now that you've found an event that is perfect for your Buyer Category, you can join this easily by selecting Huddles on the left hand of your dashboard. Once here, select Book Event under the one you'd like to join us at! 

You will be brought to the next page where you will be asked for contact and event information.

As you can see in the above screenshot, you have the option to add another attendee from your company.

What happens after I book?

Once you have booked on you will automatically be enrolled in to our on-boarding process. You will receive emails requesting you to fill out your hotel information.

Following up from that, you will be provided all event information in the run up to the event. 

Two weeks prior, you will be provided with your hotel confirmation.

How does the Huddle event work?

The night before the Live Huddle, buyers are invited to stay at the hotel. We will host entertainment for both retailers and suppliers, and it is your perfect opportunity to have initial chats with retailers before seeing them pitching the next day.

Breakfast will be provided at the hotel, this will set you up for the busy day ahead.

Tablets will be provided with an itinerary of who you will be seeing that day, and at what time. This is a perfect way to save products, take notes/pictures and go back after the event has finished.

The event will begin at 8.30am, and finish around 3.30pm. A break will be provided during the day, and lunch and refreshments will be provided by Product Guru.

What's next?

Once the event has taken place, any follow up meetings can be scheduled directly on the platform.
