Within this article, we will go over the process of our innovative 4D-Video package for Huddles events

What is 4D Video?

New to 2022, our Huddles are boutique events where you can present your Brand to decision-making buyers from leading UK retailers; including supermarkets and chains, department stores, independent shops, regional retailers, specialty stores, pharmacies and farm shops.

There will be 30 retailers at the event, but we understand that not everyone can make it to our events in-person, so we offer options for brands to participate from a distance.

Getting your brand involved via our 4D Video option, gives you the opportunity to participate in the event remotely by getting your products right in front of decision-making buyers. With this package, you will reach all buyers at the event, who will immerse in an innovative experience where they get to watch your video-pitch, while being able to see, touch, feel & taste your products (depending on the kind of product) to get a full experience of your brand.

Buyers will have tech on-hand to access all product details, log feedback and connect with your brand. 

All eyes are on you for 4 golden minutes as you present your video-pitch on the big screen, accompanied by samples of your products for retailers.

I've booked a 4D Video package, what's next?

After you have booked your space, you will begin to receive your on-boarding emails. 

Included in this will be a guide to:

  • Getting your brand and products ready for the experience
  • What to cover in your brand video
  • Submitting your samples for the fully immersive experience for buyers

We will also share some example videos you can use for inspiration!

How does 4D Video work?

Retail buyers will be provided with an itinerary of who they will be seeing that day, and at what time. This is a perfect way to make things that bit more personal with retailers. Each buyer will receive an iPad with our installed platform ready to run, so they'll be able to see product data, save products and go back to them after the experience.

Retailers will be brought into a room in small groups, to watch your pre-recorded brand video in the hybrid room. The samples which you have provided will be given to the retailers during the time of your pitch; so they can see, touch, feel & taste (depending on the product) for a fully immersive and engaging brand experience.

After the success of previous events, we have decided to expand the market further. Our huddles offer In Person and In Room Sampling options, and for those who want to pitch their products and also have them tested by buyers, without having to travel, this is the perfect option for you!

The cost of the 4D Video is £795+VAT


Included in the cost: 

  • Your 4 minute video pitch shown to buyers carefully matched with your brand.
  • Guaranteed exposure! Buyers will have integrated tech on hand to take actions and provide feedback
  • Samples of your products handed to all buyers at the event.

What's next?

Once the event has taken place, you have the option on your dashboard to access your sample requests, shortlisted products and to message the buyers who took part on the day. 

You can access this via your dashboard by selecting Huddles on the left-hand side: 

Once you have entered the huddles section of the dashboard, if you go into your Past Events and Event Information you will be see a screen similar to below: 

Under Event Overview you have the option to see Samples Requested, Products Shortlisted and any messages you have received from buyers. 

Within the Event Action tab, you have the option to see Samples Requested again, aswell as notes added by your team and any questions retailers may have added. After the event has finished, you also have the option to reach out to any buyers who attended the event. You can do this by selecting the Event Retailers tab on your dashboard. 

If you select the Blue icon this gives you the buyer's name within the company. 

By selecting the Green symbol, you have the option to reach out to these buyers directly on the platform.
