POP - General FAQ

 

What's included in the price? 

We offer 4 different packages for our POP events (essentially your shelf location). The bigger the package, the bigger the exposure! All our packages include the premium retail location in Islington, London, the shelving units, product logistics, handling and insurance, merchandising, in-store team staff for 6 days, buyer engagement activities, press, PR & social activation, and in-store technology.  

 

Does POP sell to consumers?  

POP differs from a standard B2C pop-up event. POP is an exclusive B2B events where key stakeholders within the retail industry are invited to discover the products in store. We create a fantastic environment to enable the connections to happen.  

 

What’s included in the media pack?  

Our media pack add-on gives the opportunity to brands to showcase a 20sec video that will be played in the loop during the event on these two features. Brands with the media pack will also benefit from major exposure and attention from our retail audience by having content included in our press & social media before and during the event. This pack will be limited to 30 brands per event to ensure high visibility amongst our store visitors. Brand video will be played every 10min, 6 times an hour, 48 times a day. 

 

What’s included in the in-store sampling pack?  

Enjoy a first-hand experience with the ability to have 2 team members from your brand in-store for the full day at their own sampling pod, engaging with key stakeholders. 

 

When will POP be open? 

The POP store will be open every day of the event from 10am-6pm. One full-day section will be 8hrs.  

 

What are the main differences between POP & Huddle events? 

Our Huddle events are designed specifically as a one-day experience to interact with buyers 1:1 in a speed-meeting format, while our POP events are 6-day events that bring together key players including wholesalers, journalists, influencers, investors and buyers across the retail industry to elevate brands.  

  

How/where do I ship stock to you? 

We have a warehouse facility just outside London for our POP events. Once you secure your spot, we will provide a delivery window to send your products that you want to display on your shelf and our logistics partner will take care of the rest. 

 

Please ensure your brand is clearly labelled outside of the box so that we’re able to clearly identify your samples when sent. If your products have any specific shipping requirements, please contact us.  

  

How do I know who has seen my products or visited the POP store? 

The Product Guru platform lives at the heart of all our event interactions, including POP! Our AI-driven platforms will host all product data, so that you’re able to view interaction & engagement information without attending the event.  

 

How do I follow up with anyone who has seen my products? 

Our dashboard will feature contact information for each attendee who interacted with your products, so that you’re able to follow up within the platform.  

   

Do I need to be in the POP store in-person? 

No, the power of POP is that it does the work for you! Attendees will benefit from brand exposure without needing to attend the event. Each POP event spans 6 days to allow guests the ability to visit over multiple days.  

If you prefer a more hands-on approach with in-store activation, our in-store sampling add-on offers brands the opportunity to have 2 team members from the brand in-store for the full day at their own sampling pod, engaging with key stakeholders. 

We’ll also offer a brands evening so that you’re able to view the displays, experience the store, and network with fellow POP attendees!  

 

Can I add merchandising to my space? 

Yes, each shelf area will accommodate any additional signage provided by brands. Additionally, each shelf will feature a brand video for attendees to view as they sample your products. Our team will take care of arranging the displays for you and making sure your brand is presented in the best way possible! Please ensure to contact us if you have any special requests.  

  

Who will be there to assist with live sampling on the day? 

Our Product Guru team members will be there each day to ensure all sampling runs smoothly.  

 

Who will attend POP?  

We’ve partnered with industry stakeholders to create this experience, so you can expect many leaders in retail to attend! This includes buyers, distributors, investors, importers, exporters, journalists and influencers.  

 

How would visitors engage with my brand? 

Each brand display features its own unique QR scan that enables visitors to view your brand video and brand profile along with a barcode for each product that takes visitors to your product information.
